Qualifications

I hold four different certifications

  • Associate Certified Coach, International Coach Federation since 2015
  • Certified Organizer Coach® since 2014
  • Certified Professional Organizer® since 2009
  • Certified Professional Organizer in Chronic Disorganization® since 2009

My first career was in nursing, and continues to influence my perspective. I was licensed as an RN in 1985, and converted to inactive status in 2021.

Since 2006, I have worked full time helping people address their organizational challenges, and my clients have been some of my best educators.

I meet my formal continuing education requirements through conferences, workshops, webinars, and interactive teleclasses. My areas of focus are ADHD, coaching competencies, habit building, mindfulness, mood disorders, perfectionism, procrastination, resilience, self-compassion and the psychology around clutter and time management.

I have earned multiple individual certificates of study and specialization through the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD).
