Do your patients need extra support?
Almost every client I have is either in therapy or has been. They say it’s helpful, but it often stops short. That’s where I come in. I support your patients so they can take the insights and skills learned in therapy, and apply them to the practical aspects of their lives. Like an athletic coach, I can “spot” them while they practice new skills and problem-solve with them when real life gets in the way.
I have been in solo practice since 2006
Clients describe me as patient, compassionate, smart and resourceful. For a list of my certifications, licensing, work experience and membership in various professional and advocacy organizations, please visit Qualifications.
Do my clients need you?
I frequently work with people who suspect they may have ADHD. These clients are often quite eager to have an assessment but can’t find anyone who will take them seriously, or who is knowledgeable about ADHD and how it might present for an adult. Their challenges are dismissed, or they may be treated quite aggressively for anxiety and depression, but their practitioners have never explored whether ADHD may be the underlying cause. If you are one of the few who specializes in working with adults with ADHD, I want to hear about you and your services! All the better if you’re able to provide support via phone or videoconference, since I have clients all over the country.
